Safety Relief Valve
Safety Relief Valves are spring-loaded devices designed to protect vessels, pipelines, tanks, and process equipment from dangerous overpressure conditions. These valves typically remain closed due to the spring force, and when the pressure exceeds a preset limit, the spring force is overcome, causing the valve to open and relieve the excess pressure.

Available in screwed-end and flanged-end (side discharge) designs. Pop-action safety valves, ideal for rapid discharge, are specifically manufactured for typical TSV (Threaded Safety Valve) applications.
- Screwed type: ¼” NPT to 3” NPT
- Flanged type: ½” NB x ¾” NB to 150mm NB x 200mm NB
- Pop-action safety relief valve: ½” NPT to 3” NPT
Commonly used in pressure vessels, pipelines, chemical plants, ship-shore line/cross-country pipelines, bottling plants, petrochemical units, and other critical applications.
These valves are used in systems involving LPG, propane, ammonia, ethylene oxide, MMA/DMA/TMA, chlorine, propylene oxide, nitrogen, oxygen, and other compressed fluids.
Safety relief valves are tailored to customer specifications, including service requirements, set pressure, and relieving capacity based on the process or vessel needs.
Available in a range of materials to suit different fluid applications, including ASTM A216 WCB/A105, ASTM A350 LF2, stainless steel 304/316/316L, and Monel, among others.
Designed and built in compliance with international standards, including the Static and Mobile Pressure Vessel Rules (Unfired) 1981 and other relevant safety codes and regulations.
Approved by the Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur (Government of India) and inspected/certified by renowned global agencies such as EIL, RDSO, SGS, ABS, BV, etc.
